ideal 4 barrel carb and intake for a H code 70 Mach 1
Hi the other project i am working on is a 70 mach 1. pretty much a stock H code with a 351W. what would you recommend for the carb intake set up? many were recommending the autolite for the 65 289...what would it be for you with regards to a 351W? Holley? Edel? Weiand?
am looking for a scorcher that i can still street. Oh and it has its stock FMX
Your opinions will be most welcome

How about we just give you an equation that'll get you close for carb size? cfm=(cid*rpm)/3456 It isn't 100% accurate due to volumetric efficiency, but it gets you close enough for most cars.
For an intake, just get something that's rated to flow a few hundred RPM higher than your cam.
For carb, I'll always recommend a Holley DP. Nothin' better (unless you have 2).
