yeh i looked uder my dash and stuff as well as the engine i think its time to put sum new wiring....they look old and so on....any one know where i can get a re-wiring assembly for my 69?? also which is a good alternator that has only one connection.??? well any help would be great.

I would think painless wiring would have something to get you going, but I don't know where you would go about getting them, but I'm sure you won't have a problem with it...

Mustangs Unlimited is a good source for wiring harnesses. I purchased the underhood/ headlight/ alternator and hood turnsignal sets from them. They're a little pricy but look like good quality. I can't tell you how they fit because I wound up not using them. I used a harnesss from a parts car that had been replaced and was in good shape.
