Default engine compartment wiring

does anyone make a wiring kit for a 64 1/2 coupe just for the engine compartment? I have redone my engine (non-stock with Edelbrock RPM heads intake cam carb etc) i am replacing the generator with an alternator to save some more weight as well. Id like to have it so most of the wiring is not seen. at this point the engine is set back in and I have a march Billet pulley underdrive setup going in next week.
also is it neccessary to keep the coil close to the dizzy? id like to mount it somewhere other than on the intake manifold.
in the picture the engine was set in and not much else.

Hi there. Check out this site...

http://store.cal-mustang.com/showdetl-7-3632-19-0.html

I've mounted coils to the L/H shock tower before, and the standard coil wire usually has plenty of length to make it. If you can mount it close to the dizzy without drilling any extra holes...do it...

thanks for the compliments... I do need to go out and make sure i dont have to put a hole in the hood the tolerances looks tight in that picture. i am putting on a chrome oil dipstick march billet pulley system a chrome coil cover and cool flex hoses with chrome hoses and blue ends. the car also has TCP power rack and pinion steering, coilover suspension subframe connectors and disc brakes.
by the time its all done ill probably have to wait for the snow to melt.
I cant wait to get it done and have everything polished up real nice.
thanks for the link to cal mustang i will look into that.. i do wish to hide the wiring as much as possible... i hate the look of the blue flex loom its outa there soon.
i also thought about relocating the starter solenoid under the battery where it cant be seen. personally im not sure that carb is gonna work... its a 750CFM carb which is what i was recommended but i still question it

well i just found out my stock steering pump wont work with the new pulley system, I have a TCP power rack and they recommend the KRC 2000 pump kit which also wont work with the pulley system.. so we ordered a pump for a 93 5.O mustang which we hope will work.
I also found a bad heim joint on my new TCP coilover conversion on the pass side upper control arm

uggh i guess in for a penny in for a pond.
I was thinking about eventually going with aftermarket gauges so for now ill use the stock wiring in the engine untill i can afford to do the gagues. for now my budget is shot.

Here's mine with most of the wiring hidden. You might get a few ideas...

well here are some latest pictures.. the dizzy is in, the march pulley brackets are in, exsisting wiring is being lenthened to better hide it. Not sure where the coil is going to be mounted or how to best wire everything neatly. my alternator is ready to go i just need to switch out pulleys. also the power steering pump is ready to go on. I went with a power steer pump for a 93 5.0 Mustang as i am thinking it will work better with TCP's power rack. it will also bolt up to the bracket where the origional one wont. also the KRC pump wont work with the brackets or pulleys on the March Billet Pulley underdrive system. anyhow the pump was $75 bucks VS $300 for the KRC.
Tomorrow we are expecting my header gasket to come in, the other one got fubared
