Hey folks,
I am in the middle of doing the engine bay, suspension on my 67 coupe. I would like to clean up the steering box and install new steering column seals. My question is, can the gearbox be removed w/o removing the steering column? I would prefer not to go through the hassle.
If so, do I just unbolt the mounting bolts, or is it some how lock onto the shaft? Any tips greatly appreciated.
