Default Clutch?

Hey,
I own a 1966 Mustang Coupe, 289, manual and the next project for the car is a new clutch assembly. I am not very familiar with the options out there, and would like to get the best possible clutch for my budget. I do mostly recreational driving and in the city. However I would like a clutch that could handle more stress, so that if the moment gets me and I want to push the car a bit, the clutch will hold up. For this particular car, I am trying to restore it to as close to factory as possible. For the project I have $400 budgeted and need to do the entire clutch assembly, linkage and all. Can anyone suggest what would be the best clutch and assembly to go with please? Thanks.
