Default Master cylinder replacement

Well, I posted over in the general tech section, but it seems it's more for speaker upgrades.

Here's a link to the post. Maybe a few of our seasoned veterans could help me out.

Ive heard, and anyone correct me if I'm wrong, that you should use the two person method of bleeding ie one pumps the brake while the other opens each valve, when doing an abs instead of a pump or gravity feed.
I would drain the fluid, then replace the master cylinder.
As far as replacing the fluid in the lines I flush mine yearly by just having a friend pump the brakes the same way you would if you bleeeding and keep it up til the fluid coming out turns clear. Making sure to check the resevior.

If you are changing the MC, then just take it off, and bench bleed the new one before you put it on. Then fill the MC and start bleeding. And yes, the two man method is what I use. Works for me, and the wife gets some leg workout.

I didnt bench bleed the cylinder, and i've bled those brakes enough to make red cross jelouse. Instructions (i read them after i do something wrong) say the cylinder must be bench bled. Could there be air stuck in the master cylinder?

Nope. I checked that already. I uncapped it and mashed the pedal for a good 20 minutes. Any air would have come out.

I have to replace the front D/S bleeder screw before I bleed them tho and I have a stick and power seats to hold the brake pedal down with so I can do it myself, but I will have my GF with me.

I'm gonna bench bleed the cylinder tomorrow and install it and hopefully it'll all work out.
