Looks like im running a little rich? The plug has a little soot on the end,the enginehas only 4 hours on itis and still needs to be broken in this common? do i have a carburator problem?

Are the plugs gapped correctly? How does the car run, does it sputter when you punch it? Looks a bit rich, how about timing?

timing nor gap shouldnt matter, just change the richness/leaness screw on the carb. depends on what carb u got but their should just be a screw (usually near the idle screw) your carb is fine (unless their is something actually wrong with the carb) just needs some tuning
