I am hooking up my alt and havetwo wires I need verification on,one is white (or yellow)with a black stripe.andthe other is white (or yellow). I currently have the white one hookedup to the white plastic terminal.

Where do they both go.

 

Not sure if the year matters but it'd be best to check a wiring diagram, i have several i loaded upto my server if you want.

you can change the year (65) to any year between 64-72 to get whichever diagram you need.

 

I check al the wiring diagrams and it appears is goes to the sta terminal on the alternator.
