Default Frame rust

On my 67 the frame under the front bumper mounts has rusted out, how would i fix or replace that? would a notch and patch method work?

Almost all the parts vendors carry patch peices. You can get an outer frame rail patch and an inner seperatley. Look at the websites to determine which you need. Generally, you can cut the spot welds and cut out the rotted peice and weld in a patch. This is a common repair on mustangs. Also, check the FAQ's, there are some articles on rust repair.
Good luck.

that section of frame rail is normally inexpensive. And not to hard to replace. When you replace just make sure you get all the rusted section gone.
