How much are they quoting you on shipping and how long from order to delivery?

well i just recieved my undergraduate chemistry scholarship money and i have some extra cash...
That seems like alot of "extra cash" from a scholarship. Not being too far out of college age, I know that $3-$4 grand goes a long way in school, and most scholarships cap the amount at the budget the school sets, which is usually just barely enough for tuition, books, fees, and living expenses. So unless there's something going on here that we're not privy to, I'd say use the "extra" cash, however much it is,to spend a semester/summer abroad, or go onawild and crazy spring break or ski trip. The car will always be there, but your college years will not.

OK, sermon over... [&:]

Ok I finially got on here and made it thur all these post and other threads yes I do work at T and L and can answer most of your questions. Tand L got their roots from NASCAR in the 90's they built almost all of the bush series motors until most teams whent in house. I have been there a little more than a year and like what I ve seen coming out of there. I think the best bang for the buck is the 418 winsor. But as for parts on the 347 eagle crank and rods, I may be mistaken but I think the cams are comp cams and are very streetable with a little lop to them, and pistons are speed pro. As some one already said before every engine is put on the dyno brokein, valvelashed and they pulled to prove a full report of hp and torqure. I do all the balancing you can call and talk to me or anyone else there.

Mike

On edit I forgot to mention currently we are running 6 to 8 weeks from deposit to shipping but its starting to get shorter

i think what you guys are talking about is left over financial aid money. thats completely different than a scholarship. scholarships can be as much or as little as the doner pleases. ive seen graduate students recieving $5,000+ scholarships, its nothing much considering it cost about $28,000 a year for in state students multiplied by about 15,000 students, thats alot of money so $5,000 scholarships are pocket change to these guys. but bak to the mustang, it seems like the 347 is more popular so i think imma give them a call and pick that up after i do some more digging around for other engine companies...anyone know of a good engine manufacturer? tanks!
