1965 289 coupe, mods in sig, needle pegged at 120 (bigger tires and rims so really like 115 or 110 but maybe 120. scary as hell, ive got brand new suspension all around so the car handles great and is really tight, but its like driving a brick wall.

I have a new suspension as well, but I've never gone faster than 85 mph, but that's just me, I don't like to go really fast, I'm a cruiser type kinda of a guy.

These classics were not built for demon type speeds, if you want that, get a Viper instead.

Guys, no matter how fast you go on straight aways, these classics are not great on cornering and turns, I don't care how good the suspension is, and yes, this includes the Boss.

I love these classics to death, but I'm not blinded by Mustang bias, you get a Mustang vs. Euro sports car on the track, and I'm sorry to report, the Stang would get dusted.

I just tell it like it is.

when did euros come into play? and also when did turning come in?

he said how fast, the boss' were made to go fast, that doesnt necessarily mean go fast, and turn. nor did anyone saya euro car wont outperform the mustang
