Fixable?
You might need a new shock tower is hard to tell but IMO its fixable. Take the pics to a frame shop and ask about it. They will tell you it would be easier if it was there but you can always ask for a rough estimate.
I'd snag that beautiful car - get a frame shop to check & straighten the frame and then piece the front end together. All the parts are easily available. Looks like the interior is good so it's just firewall forward.
Not an easy at home fix, but not something to just throw away. If I could swing it, it would be on its way up here this week. it would be a nice change of pace only having to do the front end of the car, and maybe a little time on a frame machine to make it square again.
It depends on how much they want for it, it is very rebuildable. The parts still there have plenty of value too.. You probably wont get it for a song, and I wont offer a guess as to how much I would give for it. I am a tightwad when it comes to buying cars.

If the rest of the car is there I think that $5000 is a good starting point. Considering the car is worth near $20k restored, take into consideration what you will have to put into it to get it back to good. Take a wad of cash and see if he folds. It is amazing what a handful of dollar bills will do to a "firm" price. Good luck!
