CHECKING HOOD CLEARANCE
NOTE: Check hood clearance BEFORE removing stock manifold. [ol][*]Use modeling clay or putty and make five stools, two or three inches high.[*]Position stools on air cleaner at front, rear, each side and on center stud. See Figure 1.
Figure 1[*]Close hood to locked position and re-open.[*]See Figure 2 and record on paper the measurements in spaces labeled A-B-C-D-E. 
Figure 2[*]These figures show the amount of clearance between the hood and the air cleaner. [/ol]

OK.....we already have a hood clearance chart, but I guess this one is a little simpler and easy enough to create.
