Default RE: kelsey hayes brakes

The Kelsey-Hayes were used on 65/66 and had 4 piston-fixed calipers. They really are too small in diameter for your car. Bite the bullet and buy Wilwood or Baer with aluminum calipers. They are drilled/slotted and light weight when compared to cast-iron calipers. If you want to go with factory type disc you need to get the BOSS 302 Chassis Modification book and read the stag-2/3 level. It gives you the parts to use to put Lincoln disc on the front and transfer the stock front to the back.
