I am a happy camper. We finished last night at 10:00 PM. By the time I got home it was too late to post pics. I spent the day in Anchorage at Fur Rondy then went to bolt a few items on the 68. Here are a few pics from last night and tonight. LCC had mentioned painting the stripes first then painting the white base. Well, that is what we did and it came out great. The paint store didn't sell me reducer for the clear and it wasn't noticed until we were ready to shoot. It required a very small amount so we decided to go without it. There is orange peel but that will have to wait until it cures 100%. I am stoked

except for the sh!tty side pipes, low profile tires, crappy wheels and the wrong tail ights, not bad youngun. I also like the white with blue stripes. That was one of the original combos from the Shelby factory in Kali. For some reason, even though not original, I like the trunk area with the duck tail. Now, get her finished so we can drool on the finished product.

I think you need to slam it to the weeds and crome them pipes so they twinkle when you take more pics....Don't get me started on the rims.........................

I think it's good there painted. Now he can change them to 2 1/2" or 3" pipes like they should be to let that car sound as good as it looks. And I "know" he is not going to forget to paint the wheel wells......
