yeah i bet you learn more than a few new words.Wiring can be complecated if you let it.I have replaced several wiring harnesses, but always from a donor car.The one in my 70 fastback came out of a 70 grande.Luckily it had all the same features as my fastback. The reason the harness had to be replaced was due to the PO sticking foil in the fusebox because his heater kept blowing fuses.End result?A completely fried harness. Hehad a nice little campfire going under the dash lol.
Sure would be nice tobe able to getabrand newharness with all the correct connections

If you findthatlinkagain please post it
Thanks Jeff

You may want to check out the Ron Francis web site. I just bought the Express kit for my 68 fastback. Havn't got it put in the car yet but looks like great quality and it has a bigger fuse box than the "Painless" setup and I've heard it's very easy to install. It comes with all the connectors you'll need for your 69 and with the larger fuse box you can easily add more circuits than with the Painless. Ron Francis has been doing wiring for many years ... mostly for hotrods but also does Mustangs. The kit comes for 1-wire alternators, flaming river or late model ford steering columns, etc.. The Express kit is worth $429.00 and well worth it unlike the Painless which although okay still has less circuits and is $600 +. Just MO.

That is my point exactly! If you have to use your old connectors then what is the freaking point? If you have problems with your original harness and you can't figure out what is wrong them what makes you think you have the skill to install a painless when you have to reusehalf of the connectors from the original? I don't mean you specifically, I mean you in general. Painless is not the cure all to wiring problems. Most wiring problems can be solved with some good diagnostic skills and patients!
if you could see my current wiring you would think "damn, anything is better then this!"

i have so many spliced in wires and so many unconnected wires and so many redneck wires i dont know what goes where! i need some kinda full car harness, and painless is what i probably will buy
