hello everyone,

windshield wipers in 65 coupe dont work:

where is the motor located and what else should i check?
its not working at all. no power whatsoever.

 

The motor is located up under the dash next to the pedal hanger. Find the connection between the wiper motor harness and the main harness and disconnect it. There is a procedure in the manual about where to apply 12v to determine whether or not its working.

 

Is there a website i could go to where id be able to view the manual?

i'll check what I have in the manual. might be able to scan something.
But as gjz says, disconnect the cable attached to the wiper motor and clean both sides. then try again.

I had all sorts of issues with mine and it was just a bad connection there.

Have you checked the fuse?
