A little hard to see in this photo..but I've recently gone over the Tri-Bars like you see in the street rods with the replacable Xenon bulb. They work pretty sweet.

I imagine with the addition of the relay mod and those bulbs you are pretty bright. I have to try and find those relays. I will check at the local parts house on Monday.

I have the aftermarket Headlamps that allow the use of 9003 bulbs. I put H3 bulbs in them because it said those are the ones. Those are motorcycle lamps however. So i bought Silverstar H3's and also did the relay upgrade. They're brighter, but still nothing on a new car. Maybe it's the motorcycle bulbs, instead of the right 9003 bulbs. You can tell a difference is brightness when you install the relay system. I cut the wire and i had the lights on the regular way and when i touched the wire with the wire from the battery they got brighter.

I got mine in the mail today Thanks James. I ended up accidentally getting an extra pair of sockets, so if anyone wants them ...

Buying those expensive relays and sockets are a waste. I bought a $4 relay from my work that was actually made for running lights. Then some wire, and a few connectors. Cost me $12. Lights, WA LA!

i'd say if you have a scrapyard round the corner, just pull them from some more modern car.

They are cheap new. The shipping cost more than the parts. Most Auto Parts Stores sell the relays. If you don't want to buy the sockets, you can use spade connectors to plug in. Just make sure you put shrink wrap around the spades as protection, and zip tie the wires very securely.

ya you can get some good lights but i recomend that if you are gunna add those relays that you replace all the woring to the bulbs from the relay and silverstars are great but they have a longevity problem they don't last very long if you want bright get the conversion as shown above and then get the little bit brighter bulbs i think the 85/95 W bulbs to go in
