Default clutch pivot

I am putting a late model 5.0l block into a '67 and want to use the '67 bellhousing, clutch equalizer bar etc.

There was a tapped hole in the '67 block for the clutch equalizer bar pivot, but this doesn't exist on the 5.0l block. I understand there is a bracket that replaces this hole for use with the 5.0l block.

Does anyone have sketches/drawings/dimensions/pictures of this bracket so that I can fabricate one? I am in the UK (England) and I am having trouble finding the bracket over here.

Many thanks

Skid.

can't help you with the bracket but you might want to rethink the idea of re-using the '67 bellhousing as I don't think they are compatible with the 5.0 blocks, but I'm no expert so get a second opinion from someone. you might try calling the Ford tech hot line listed at the top of the 5.0 tech section and ask the experts there.

I cannot help you with dimensions, but Mustangs Unlimited sells them. They cost around $60(U.S.). Did you try ebay?
