Default brake line loops necessary?

Hi all,
I am installing a dual bowl master cylinder and was wondering if and why brake lines need a loop going to the teefitting from the master cylinder?
Thx! Walt

Default RE: brake line loops necessary?

The loops are usually provided to give the hard lines some flexibility in order to minimize metal fatigue and cracking when brake components are mounted seperatley.
