hi every one got a question i have a stock 1969 mach 1 i was interested in converting the org igntion form points to electronic,but i dont want to loose the org look i have seen these kits that just replace the stock points,are they worth it or not if any one knows about these systems thank you verry much.

I've heard alot of good things about the Pertronix Ignitor system. I plan on making the switch myself in the next couple of weeks. If you do decide to make the change, go with the Ignitor instead of the Ignitor 2. the Ignitor 2 is supposed to have issues with stalling at idle.

The Ignitor is worth it. If the wire is wrapped well, you can hardly distinguish it from stock.

And while you are at it, get the flamethrower coil as well. Then gap your plugs to about .038 or so. Much more efficiency with this set-up.
