The current JCW pant number from catalog 719B-04 is ML129635. They use a catalog number as a prefix to the part number to let them knowthe listed price.
The continuation of my preference is .. 'W' -and it has a pair of 4's engraved on the side. The tow truck is not my objective but the idiot that makes the attempt.

I am not sure I know how to get the picture onto this reply. I have a digital camera and will see if I can work it out. I will tell you that you only have to get the bottom latch mechanism form the truck. The truck's latch that attaches to the hood is exactly the same as the mustang's except that it has a cable to operate it. The safty latch lever is just a little shorter than the mustang and you have to reach in further to release it after you have unlatche it from inside the car. If in doubt about its looks, just unbolt the two bolts on you mustang latch (the latch mechanism next to the radiator and take is with you to the junk yard. Be sure to have them mark your latch when you go in so they don't charge your for it when you try to leave. I have a pick-a-part close to me and I think the latch and cable only cost about $12.00. I also picked up a mid 70's electric trunk latch from a LTD that is an almost directreplacement forthe mustang's trunk release mechanis. Again, you only need the lower mechanism, the latch that attaches to the trunk is the same for the LTD and the mustang. You still use the key to manually open the trunk or you can push the button that usually mounts in the glove box and open it electrically.
Plug your digital camera into your computer's USB. Hit reply on this post and you will see "click here to upload" at the bottom. Hit browse then the camera software that you loaded on your computer. Find the picture then load it on here. Check "embed picture in post" and you will have the picture show up on your post as a thumbnail. Click on that and you will have a full sized picture.
