sorry to hear that what was it on a semi trailer id read everything you got from the company and the fine print .and check with the better business bureau if they have any complants and make one of your own id even check to see if they have a business licenses whats the name of the company so we know not to use them

The broker told me that they stopped using this company because they were never on time and did not communicate with them or the customer. They changed their business name thats how they were selected to transport my car.

Andrew yes the car was on a semi. That could expalin the fact that they parked 1/2 mile away from my house and drove the car up to my driveway. That does not explain the 9 miles though.

I left the paperwork from the actual transport company at my office, I only have the contract with the broker at my house. I will post their current business name on monday so you all can avoid this ordeal.
