Default quarter windows

Where can I find quarter windows, i've done a couple searches and not found anything. Can new quarter windows even be found, or do they have to be fixed. i.e., can the pitted chrome be rechromed?

The bad news is there ain't any aftermarket available so you leaving off your car's year will not make a difference: the good news is you can have them re-chromed; the bad news is reassembly because the rubber retainer is not available; the good news is a glass shop can put them back together - somehow; the bad news is it is expensive - about $200 a side.

Vent windows frames thru Mustangs Unlimited however the quality is so so. They make them there, and float them across the pond here. Mustang Corral has a core replacement service for about 225 per set. Just found about this service and plan to try them out.

Got them loose, gonna take them to a plating company tomorrow for chrome.

If the rubber seals are not replaceable, what can be done to help preserve the orginals?

Luck. A glass shop is your best bet, they replace glass all the time (or should).

Well, a plating co. said about $130 per frame and the quality will not be perfect. Has anyone ever used one of those home plating kits? What else you'll recomend?
