I think I'm going to go with 1000 RPM's for warming up. A nice safe middle number.

If it was a vacuum leak wouldn't it do it when I put the brakes on with the car in Park or Neutral? It only happens when the car isin gear (Drive or Reverse) and I apply the brakes. I want to say it has to do with the brakes putting a load on the transmissonfrom spinning the axle but I have no clue. What does the Transmission Modulator Valve do?
