Are you talking about the mouldings?

If so there are clips that came pop rivented to the rocker panel itself and the moulding pops over the spring steel clips. There are 6-8 clips per side as I recall. The front and back clips by the fenders can be attatched with bolts because you can back off the nuts in the wheel well.

ya the moldings, and it came with 7 clips per side that are plastic, and not riveted to the molding, im supposed to rivet them to the car, then clip on the molding but it doesnt seem to be coming together right

yepmost of the time the molding clips either rivet or screw to the car, take your time to get them straight and makse sure you put some rust coating on your fasteners (wax or rubberworks good on screws)when i try to put moldings on i run tape in a straight line and thenmark and drill over it to get it right becasue if you dont like the posistion of the marks you can pull the tape and start over! good luck
