Default T-Lock security

I know there was a small discussion about this a while back (this is where I found out about it) but do any of you guys know anything in detail about this T-Lock? I was looking at the website and I don't really understand how to order it (or even how effective it really is) but I wanted to have some insight from those who already know about it. Anybody?

On their website, look to the left and you will see "To Order."
I know nothing about them.

A similar type (it may have been the same one) was being sold by California Mustang about five years ago. I didn't buy one then because I figured it would take about two minutes, with a partner, to start the car, disconnect the shift arm to the transmnission and drive away - and I'm not dishonest (well - totally).

talk to mustang pammie and galacticuz, they both have them, and any time added to stealing my stang is worth it. Hell all you need is a flatbed and a winch and you can take anything!

Default RE: T-Lock security

(thanks to the person who sent a PM to show me this thread)

I have the T-Lock and swear by it since it's virtually hidden. If they manage to bypass the security system and get under the hood or into the car, they can't shift it out of park unless they have the proper size Allen wrench.

While a professional thief may have it, my car isn't a daily driver (due to the weather in New England) and it isn't often I will leave it in a public place for any length of time, and when I do, it's always where I can see it from a window.

For a small price it gives me one more measure of security to frustrate a potential thief.
