rear disc questions.

I just called the company thats building my rear end... It should ship tomorrow and they said it has vented brakes similar to that of a 95-96 Explorer I believe...

Thanks for the link James. Just what I was looking for. I don't have access to the original 4 wheel disc distribution block, do you guys know if there is a difference between drum and disc. I think I will order a distribution block from summit that has a built in brake switch and proportioning valve. I don't like the current brake light switch I have and that would kill two birds with one stone. I am a novice at everyting I have done to my car so I wouldn't doubt that I don't have the calipers adjusted correctly.

Your problem is the residual valve which is set at 10 lbs. to prevent the springs on the shoes from pushing the fluid back into the master cylinder. You need a block with a 2 lbs. residual.
