Ford Racing sells a 13" air cleaner that is reusable. You can get one at CarDomain.

Using a little poetic license and the K & N web site www.knfilters.comI gave a range on sizes from 12.5 inch to 13 1/8outside and a height from 2 to 4 inches and got 12 possible filter elements that might that Ford housing. E-2865 is 13 inch od and 2.13 inch high element. It fits an 84 to 89 Mercedes 190E. I would guess it's about $80.
