Look too lean to you?
[align=left]Here is a pic of one of my plugs. They all look like this. About 1/3 of the plug circumference is colored good but the rest is white! Any reason why?

If the tip of the plug is gray or looks like there is ash deposited on the electrode, this tells you that yourengine is running too "lean"; that there is not enough fuel in your combustion chamber.
This can also be due to a number of things, from an improper fuel/air mixture to a leak in your air intake system.
What you are looking for is a light tan color if your air fuel mixture is right. And, of course a black or sooty deposited plug indicates a too rich mix.
Yours looks ok to me.

Is that Exhaust Gas Temp? Would that read each cylinder separate? That would also tell you which cylinder is missing by reading cooler than the others, right?

An exhaust gas temperature gauge measures the temperature of your total exhaust, not just one plug.
