Engine block plug shot off
I had my block done a little over a year ago at Napa machine shop and have been putting my engine together ever since, anyways im still breaking the engine in and havnt really been able to drive it anywhere becuase my tranny wont shift out of first, so i have been starting it everyday and running it for about a half hour periodically revving it to about 2500 rpms for a couple minutes, today i fired it up and it seemed to be fine but after i revved it up to about 2000 rpms i saw a bunch of coolant on my driveway so shut it off and found the plug shot off from the block, Napa installed these plugs, so shouldnt they be the ones to rip the engine out and reinstall them?

if they did the rebuild then yes they should fix it.
you can only ask politely and then see how they react

Looks like it can be put in without pulling the engine though.
just a freeze plug, musta been a loose fit/bad plug
honestly, i know it sounds kinda cheesy but the best way to fix something stupid like this is with a rubber expanding plug. stick it in there and tighten the nut up to seal it off. they work perfectly and you'll be good to go WITHOUT pulling the motor (never gonna knock in a new plug with it sitting in the car like that)
a few examples i found

I do want to say that if this solution was not available, I betca I could get a plug in that hole without pulling the engine. Therewould bea lot of incenive for me to get that sucker in......... hmm pull the motor, or get that plug in without pulling the motor,,, I will go for option 2

It looks to me that by removing the engine mount it would be reasonably easy to get that plug in.
