Glen,
What do you consider a decent Porsche? A 911? A 912? A Targa? A Carrera? How about a bathtub 356? And you're correct - almost, a 914 was not a good model but it's certainly better than a stock VW, even a Karmen Ghia. As to the 924 and 944, they were Porsche's answer to smog. Every car suffered under government imposed pollution controls, at least until they got computer controlled engines.
Jim
Oh, I like a 912.

It only goes to show what we have come to expect, unfortunately, from this forum. I have, and always will love Mustangs but it is not the only cool car out there. This is another one of those cars I have always wanted, but I bet it won't be the last car I buy......I'm not quite as old as Glen.

It's pretty obvious I didn't mean to add anything positive to the thrread because it has nothing to do with classic mustangs. Go back in your cave.
You're right Soaring, it is obvious that you didn't mean to add anything positive to this thread, that is why I made that comment. I would expect more from a moderator. Instead of doing your job, you have to once again belittle another member in public. Why must you continue to do that?

Also, I have to point out that the original post did, in fact, have to do with classic Mustangs, so you were wrong in that manner also...

...so soon to be sold are my 2 '67s, the rust bucket and the rolling chassis...
There are a ton of threads in this forum about people selling, or contemplating selling, their classic Mustangs. Do you consider those "off-topic" as well?
