Default Input on 1979 wanted.

Hi everybody. I'm new here, and I was told the best place to ask this question was here so....

A friend has a 1979 Mustang that they are thinking about selling. The thing literally looks like it just came off the showroom floor yesterday. The interior and exterior of this car are basically in perfect shape. The car only has 15,000 original miles on it. I believe that it is a hatchback sedan with a V6 engine in it.

My question is, does anyone on here have a ball park guess on what something like this may be worth (he has no clue)? Is there any collector demand for the 79 model?

I'd really appreciate any thoughts that you may have on this. Thanks for reading.
