Default Is the price right?

Hello all, I need to replace the booster and master cylinder on my '66 Mustang (289 V8/AT). I was quoted with a price of $350 for both from "Classic Auto Parts". Does this sound like a good deal? Anyone know of any better deals? Thanks.

For reference, National Parts Depot ( www.npdlink.com 2007 catalog Pg46) sells the assembly you want for $319.95 plus tax and maybe shipping.
