ok so what am i to do some say oil pan others steering links?which is it or is it bouth?

Pan for sure.
The tie rod looks like it is not sitting correctly at the link.
I assume you have serious steering problems with the link up against the pan. I am surprised the car drives like that.
Do the pan first and see if you can adjust the steering linkage correctly to start.

New pan. Right now it looks like the engine is sitting on the front cross member. Get the front sump pan like its supposed to have and it will be fine.
