Where the passenger door hinge bolts to the car is rusted out. I have looked into numerous suppliers and cannot find a replacement part. I have even been to the local classic mustang supplier and he couldn't find it. He has a couple of donor cars out back but I want that to be last resort. Any suggestions.

 

You mean the door pillar ? They don't make them yet in reproduction. You will either have to cut one out of a donor car or fabricate your own metal.
