Default 1970 Coupe Conversion

Okay, I'm interested in converting a 1970 mustang coupe into a 1970 boss 302 coupe. I would like it to be exactly the same as the original boss 302, but without the fastback top of course. Where is the best place to find detailed specifications of the two models to compare? Also, probably a dumb question, but is the only difference between the 302 and 302 boss engines the manifold and carbeurator going to the 4 brl?

Also, I read a guys restoration process, and he knew a lot of things like how Ford originally put the cars together (I have the restoration guide with assembly diagrams, but his information was different), such as that Ford assembled the entire dash and installed it in one piece, or that there should be overspray with the finish color in this certain location, etc.

Thanks!

that site has alot of good pics, as for the engine, the difference between a 302 and a BOSS 302 is that the boss has cleveland heads fitted on a 302 engine, a difficult feat i might add

Where can I find exact specification differences? I've been to that web site, and all it says is that the boss has the 4v vs the 2v. Where can I find the differences like you just mentioned with the heads?

google is my friend

and as for little things like overspray in areas, that would seem nearly impossible to find out since there were so many boss mustangs that every teeny detail you want to know wasnt even let have a second thought about, just think of it this way, if MCA doesnt care, why should you?

just get it as close as possible as you can from the pics, your not fooling anyone anyway, so why would you want overspray in some areas or a one piece dash, no ones gunna see it.
