Yeah its interesting when the judge tells me that " i have exposed a technicality in the law and i am abusing it" You honor i replied that is a Law that every American citizen has and it is not a technicality few people know about it though. He said" just come in here and admit you messed up and il see what i can do for you" I was like well take 20$ bucks off my 101 $ dollar ticket? naaa i think il do it my wayIt is amazing how the system is set up. He spent 5 minutes tryin to get me to confess to not wearing my seatbelt i kept drilling him "your honor the motion before the court must bediscussed before we can continue" By not acknowledging my request for discovery he would have been held accountable for abuse of power.

 

Didn't happen to me but happened to a customer of ours.

Long story short, you CAN get a DUI while riding a horse. Of course he did ride it to the 7-11 on a beer run.

my dad and I had just picked up a car of his (morgan +8) from the suspension shop and were testin out everythin, we were in a 1 mile strech of hilly road that goes from some big town (forgot the name) to denton. just a little dead zone. doin 110 when a cop commin the other way hits the lights, he didnt have his gun on but knew we were speeding so he threw out some random *** number (like 80 which was good cuz we were in a 55 zone) also, we didnt have plates or registration...that was stupid

 

I got a ticket for going 72 in a 70 zone. Actually it was on I-10. I talked to the judge, and told him he would have to prove to me that the cop's radar was that accurate. He agreed that radars are not accurate at all, and so dropped the fine. That cop just wasted my timeas well as his. There is a real need for police, but traffic cops are nothing more than bottom feeders IMO. They are put on the roads as revenue generators for the county and/or state.

 

I got a ticket for speeding up on an onramp once...

Nothing really better than that, other than stupid stuff which was my fault

 

I was about to get a ticket a few nights back because I pulled my car out and parked it on the street facing the wrong direction. Ran out there while the cop was writing down my license plate. .... small town cops

 

So far I have only gotten parking tickets. At my school you are supposed to pay 3 bucks to park all day, or get a semester pass which is like a 100 something bucks. Well I NEVER bought a ticket, for probably 5 months. Then I get 1 ticket once the parking people see what we're doing decide to make money. 25 bucks. Thats nothing lol, then a few days later I got another one so I started buying the passes hahahaha.

But the money I saved by not paying for passes outweight those parking tickets! 5 months = about 22 weeks or so. 22weeks x 5 = 110 days of parking. 110 x 3 bucks each day = 330 bucks! glad I never bought them

 

I've only been pulled over once for doing 43 in a 25, but somehow I just got off with a warning. I wonder how many times I'll be pulled over when I get my Mustang done.
