Wheels!! PLEASE HELP!!
I believe the issue you will run into is that late model 4 lug botl spacing is different than it was on the 65/6 mustang 4 lug.
http://wheeltool.com/info/4bolt.html
Everything on line points to Fox bodies and other late models having 4.25 bolt spacing.
The 'vintage years' are missing from the chart, but since I don't see every 6 cylinder on the road with late model aftermarket 4 lugs wheels I suspect the bolt spacing is different, however I actually don't know and have not been able to confirm one way or the other...google has let me down.

Hi there, I'm completely new to the forums but I too need amin need of some serious help. I have just purchased 225/55/ZR16 tires on my mustang mounted on torque thrust 16X7 wheels all around . My front tires are hitting the very front bottom most part of the fender when I turn the car left or right. What size front tires do you guys have on your cars. I'm hoping that 205/55/ZR16 when give me the clearance I need but when I asked the local dealer they said I just have to buy them and try them, but if I buy them and mount them I can't return them, does anyone haveany suggestions?????
I knew if I looked long enough I would find data to support that they are different bolt patterns (65 Ford 4 lug and fox body 4 lug). Feel free to verify independantly
