Alright so im having some issues keeping a charge on my Battery and i decided to Get a new alternator today and swap it with the old one. I install it and drive for a while the turn it off and back on and it seemed like all the juice from the battery had ran out the radio turns on and lights, but i cant get a start. This is making me mad lol but yeah does any one have any Ideas. I have a new battery in the car also.

Suggest jumping it to get it started, then take it to Autozone or one if the big auto part chains. They can come out with a machine and test your charging system there in the parking lot and tell you if it's an alternator, volt reg, battery, etc...

You did clean all the battery and ground connections really good first right?

If the radio and lights don't get low and dim when you turn it over you have a bad connection somewhere. +1 on cleaning the connections. If this is the same thing that happened before check the connection to the starter.

+1 on the starter or the connections to it. You can also get this checked at the parts store if you remove it from the car.

Sometimes timing advanced too far will also cause hard starting when hot.
