Default Restoration Complete - Pixs

700 man hours. 9 months. 310 horusepower. And a budget that was shot to hell by month three.

There was a great deal of attention given to every system, every nut and bolt.

Th only change left will be the wheels - going to non-year correct 14x7 steel style.

I will be enter the car in next week's Mustang show - I'll be able to take some decent pixs there, which I shall post.

Thanks to all - especially Soaring - for the technical help.

Forgot to mention the reason for upgrading to wider wheels is spin. The Supercharger has a great deal of thrust - neck snapping, wicked fast.

I'll be able to get my kids to theschool faster now!

Looks fantastic! The red stripes on black is nice.

BTW, what car show are you entering it in next weekend?

Gotta love it. It's very nicely done.

Were the budget overruns acceptable to management?
Did you have to sleep on the couch?

As a word of caution, I recently started looking for a true performance 14 inch tire and haven't found one yet. Everything I've seen has an "all season" aspect to it and the tread pattern of a snow tire. I may be forced to switch to 15inch styled steel wheels as decent tires can still be had. At least for now.
