Default Disc Brake Conversion on 66 Coupe

It's me again. Got another question. My understanding is the front disc brake conversion that was put on my 66 was from CJ Ponies. A question about that if anyone knows about them. It is my understanding that there is a spacer near the inter race that has off set the rotors so they don't line up with the calipers. Does that make sense to anyone. If so, how do you get this spacer out? I don't have the car home yet so I can't take it apart and see for myself. Was just trying to get suggestions before I tore into it. The previous owner claims that CJ tech support told him it can be knock out with a hammer (rubber).

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Ron

The inner grease seal? What kind of conversion is on it?

It has already been converted but the calipers are out of aligment with the rotor, not properly centered on the rotor. The lines were all changed, the master cylinder was done as well aproportion value added. Just had no idea were the spacer would be on the inner race?

so the spacer that you are talking about is behind the rotor? If that is the case then there is some dissasembly required. It is not too bad to take apart the brakes themselves.it could be an alignment issue of how the caliper is sitting as wellso can make a mistak in assembly that will affect the offset of the caliper to the rotor.
