Does the license plate light mount to the bumper or the rear valance just above the license plate? My rear bumper has been replace and I see no place to mount it.

I was giving you a hard time, they both mount in the same place on the bumper on the inside center. There should be two 3/16 inch diameter mounting holes for two sheet metal screws. The only difference between the installation of the 66 and the 68 is the length of thescrew. The 68 is a 10-12X5/8 Pan head screw with a Phillips drive, the 66 is the same type but only a1/2 inch long. Both are gold zinc plated for electrical continuity. The lights are slightly different but both have a single wire that goes thru the rear panel to the right of the gas filler and hooks up to the rear harness.
