3500 for all that you listed to be done dont really sound bad as long as the shop does good work not a bondo slinger shop id go for it.

Thanks...the wife is a keeper I am stationed at Ft Bragg, currently playing inthe sand box. Aprreciate your feedback.

man clarklan, your gettin a good deal on the body work, and here's why, my dad's best friend own's a restoration shop and he carges $750 per panel pretty much just to mock up and weld in and another 1500 for primer and sanding and then ,depending on what kind of paint job, he'll charge you a MINIMUM of $2500, he's even done a $12,000 custom on my boss's 72 nova, but he's the best at what he does, me and my dad build most of thedrivetrian in the cars.
