It certainly doesn't look copasetic. If it is already torqued down in the picture, it appears that it is bound up somehow. Like I posted above, I had to do a little clean up on the edge of the casting to get mine to seat properly.

Has the heads or intake been flycut at all. It looks like the angle is off.

i GOTTA ask.... why add a blower to a motor with stock heads, hell - stock rocker arms and valve springs. seems like overkill for your setup
I don't know, The blower on top of those heads should pump plenty of air into that engine regardless of the heads, and the OP should have plenty of torque/HP down low so that the valve trainshould be sufficient, and need not be in a configuration for high RPM opperation.

Sure the car would make more power with further mods, but I think it will rum well without them.

+1

If you have had the block or heads miiled, then sometimes you need to mill the intake manifold.

one of the items mentioned by the ole blue bloodedgrease monkey's, is to be careful with the front/rear intake gasket, because it will want to creep, dislodgeand drop into the valley when you put the intake on.
encourages the use of gasket cinch (adhesive). Looks like that's whathappened to you. Be sure the gasket is eventhere, and hasn't dropped. BTW, have the heads be milled?

There appears to be something terribly wrong with that gap. Not sure if it is a warped intake or head or just what, but that gap is just too wide to be normal. There's not enough blue ATV to fill that huge gap.

Yep, thats the same thing. If they took to much off, the intake wont match up. You probably need to get the intake cut to match.

Sorry...Flycut is aerospace....decked is automotive

Last time I had to have an intake done, I took them the whole motor on a stand and had the test fit it untill it was right.
Give them a call and see howthey want to do it.
