is you used a CC you can get a chargeback and your card will do it pretty much instantly and let the store battle it out with the CC company later

 

Small claims court - but make sure you have receipts and a professional opinion from a radiator shop.

Go the credit card company route. I have done it in the past and have had very positive results.

 

I'd hit it with a chargeback and then contact the BBB.

And just to add a little salt to their wound, email thema link to this page so that they can see how word spreads about shady companies. If that is honestly how they conduct business, then I know I will not be shopping there.
