First pull the armrest, handle, and door panel off ,then you can see down inside and find out whats going on.

should be held on by a bolt of some sort, remove the handle, remove the arm rest, remove the door panel, then look inside. See if you see anything that is out of the ordinary. Don't have a picture on me, but you'll find it in one of the assembly diagrams or an exploded view diagram

edit, you beat me to it Jeff...

There are plastic rollers that are attached to the widow from the regulator and sissor crossarm. You need to pull the door panel and look what's moving or not moving and Then fix it accordingly. California mustang has a picture of the mechanism on page 156 of their 2007 catalog.

Sounds like a new regulator is in order. Be sure to lubricate everything in there real well before you button it up.

Good reproduction regulators run about $65. Don't bother with the cheap ones. If you can find a decent used one, that would be my first choice. Consider getting a couple of plastic windor rollers because they usually are busted.
