Fastback said it best. If a 68 is what you want, go for it. I personally prefer the Coupe to the Fastback, however, neither is superior to the other. After all, they are both Mustangs....

My dream car is a 69 Mach 1. That is what I really, really wanted, but I could not find, or afford one. I ended up with a 66 coupe, and couldnt be happier. Dont worry about what your friends think, what are they driving??

i used to not like the coupes that much but the more i look at mine the better it looks. In my opinion it has a more muscular look where the fastback has more of a smooth, sexy look. they are both great; one is just A LOT cheaper than the other .

i like the coupes lighter cheaper to buy and normaly stiffer then a fastback. only fastbacks ill own are the 71-73 just to be different. good luck dont jump on the first one you find look around find a rustfree one youll be alot happier with it.
