The intake manifold for all american 140, 170, 200, and 250 cubic inch engines is casted onto the cylinder head. To get a 2 barrel on there you can:
1. Install a carb adapter, you can find one at www.classicinlines.com
2. Take your head to a machine shop and have them cut of the 1 bbl carb pad and weld on a 2 bbl pad. (you could even have the entire intake log milled off and a customflange welded on with an intake manifold made up.)
3. Find yourself a cylinder head from Australia or Argentina. They have removable manifolds from the factory.
4. Buy the new aluminum cylinder head that is coming out from www.classicinlines.com
In any case, no matter what you do, you should visit www.fordsix.com and ask your questions there.
