or spent a little more and get some great brakes http://www.mustangsteve.com/ the cobras brakes are pbr same thing baer brakes are
I think the power brakes use a different brake pedal than the manual brakes. The leverage point is different. Also, you may have an issue with 14" wheels with the Granada calipers. I had to grind down the casting ridge on the back of the calipers for clearance but that was no biggy.
The disc conversion was the single best add-on I have done for my fastback. That and the sub-frame connectors. And the rack & pinion. And the fresh 351w/c6 combo. And the 4 core radiator. And the Shelby tach dash. And the consoles. And the rear black out panel etc. etc.

I bought the kit from discbrakeswap.com - Dennis is a good guy, and a member here too. Excellent quality parts.
I also bought a power booster. If you'd like to know where from, PM me and I will send you this guy's info.
One thing I ran into is, I told a buddy of mine that I am putting in power, and he said "well why would you do that? When the car is dead, you have no brakes!" I guess he could be right because it's run off a vacuum, which is there when the car is on. Anyone verify that?
Good luck!

As long as the check valve in the vacuum line to the booster is working properly, you'll have at least one stop worth of vacuum assist"in reserve" in the case where the engine is not running. Maybe a couple.
